HRIS & Payroll Manager

On-site in Meredith, NH New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) is seeking an experienced HRIS & Payroll Manager.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the organization's Payroll operations and administering all Human Resources information systems.
As our ADP Workforce Now expert and technology enthusiast, you will ensure exceptional internal and external customer experiences by optimizing system features and functionality and providing timely and accurate payroll processing, reconciliation and tax reporting.
You will also manage employee data and records, data integrity, reporting, data interfaces and any HR systems related projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing and reconciliation for five companies with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.
Supervise Payroll SpecialistReview and approve data inputs; create and maintain data workflows and approval processes; conduct audits to ensure data integrity and accurate employee records and documentationManage, administer and provide daily support for HR systems and data interfaces to maximize functionality, utilization and efficiencies related to payroll, time keeping and HRIS modules (benefits, compensation, performance, recruiting, onboarding), talent and learning management systemsPerform HRIS administration including new function/feature setup, implementation, configuration, upgrades, data integration needs and associated project management stepsIdentify, assess and recommend system enhancements or new digital solutions that align with HR strategy and enhance customer experience and company effectivenessDevelop and conduct user training and provide associated job aids and proceduresDocument and maintain standard operating proceduresWrite queries and generate reports to meet HR, management, audit, and government reporting requirementsPerform additional duties as requiredRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree Expert knowledge of ADP Workforce Now 5
years of and Payroll management and HRIS administration experience, preferably within a mid-sized professional organization 2
years of supervisory and coaching experience Advanced Excel and query writing skillsDemonstrated knowledge of payroll practices, tax compliance, benefits, compensation, labor and employment lawsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsCritical thinking, problem solving and project management skillsProcess improvement mindsetCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) and/or HR Certification preferred Must be able to work on-site Monday - Friday 8:
