Patient Services Representative duties include patient registration; scheduling and coordination of patient appointments; clinician orders and referrals in an electronic health care management software.
Responsibilities include facilitating communication between patients and doctors, medical staff, and administrative staff to support a successful workflow.
Previous medical office experience, as well as exemplary customer service skills required.
Above-average communication, organizational and analytical skills are sought.
Applicants should possess a keen eye for detail and interest in working in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience with an electronic medical record preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
